Payment is required via the following options:- cheque (payable to SUARC) / PO / cash / BACS.


No entry accepted unless correct fees are received.  All cheques MUST have your bank card number on the reverse. BACS payment accepted, please contact Entries Secretary for further details.


NB - As the venue is a livery yard it is requested that all horses attending the show should be vaccinated against Equine Influenza and that those vaccinations are in date, the most recent being given within the last 12 months but not within the last 7 days prior to the show.

Entries close Wednesday 10th Aril - If classes are full a waiting list will be kept.- NO entries accepted on the day.


Withdrawals:- In the unfortunate event of withdrawal, please advise the Secretary by Mid-day Tuesday prior to the competition. We regret no refunds will be made after this time without a veterinary certificate.


Times: will be texted, whatsapp’d or e-mailed - please advise on entry form / email your contact details.

   

Any special requests must be clearly put onto entry form.

   

Commanders allowed for all dressage tests.


Horses may only enter once in each class competitively.


RULES & CONDITIONS:

SUARC cannot be held responsible for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, ponies, riders, owners, grooms, ground spectators or any other person or property whatsoever other than liability for refund of entry fee in the event of abandonment of the competition.   A horse/pony may only be ridden once in each test unless Hors Concours.


HEALTH & SAFETY:

The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards.  Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.


All riders when riding, whether competing or not, must wear hard hats


Correct  footwear must be worn.  Horses & ponies must be 4 years old and over.  Entries accepted at rider’s risk. The organisers reserve the right to refuse an entry at their discretion, cancel, amend or amalgamate any class for any reason whatsoever. The organisers’ decision is final.


PLEASE TAKE YOUR RUBBISH HOME AND DO NOT MUCK OUT YOUR HORSEBOX ON THE SHOWGROUND.
